High efficiency
Under the conditions of pressure 16 MPa (2320 PSI) and speed 1500 r/min, the volumetric efficiency is over 98% and the overall efficiency is over 90%.
Accomplishment of energy-saving
Because the overall efficiency is high and the cut-off characteristics is sharp, thus the input power may be saved.
Low heat generation
Because of small power loss, it is possible to reduce the rise in oil temperature. Accordingly, capacity of a reservoir can be reduced.
CY14-1B型軸向柱塞泵，是采用配油盤配油，缸體旋轉(zhuǎn)的軸向柱塞泵，由于滑靴和變量頭之間、配油盤和缸體之間采用了液壓靜力平衡結(jié)構(gòu)，因而與其它類型的泵相比較，它具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、體積小、效率高、壽命長(zhǎng)、重量輕、自吸能力強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)。它用于機(jī)床、鍛壓、冶金、工程、礦山、船舶等機(jī)械及其它液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中。該泵只需更換馬達(dá)配油盤亦可作液壓馬達(dá)使用。
